Optometrist/Owner
Dr Alyssa Snyder graduated from Pacific University College of Optometry in May 2010. She lives in Marshall with her husband Andrew, and 3 children - Jayden(10) Jake(8), and Quinn(2). Alyssa was raised on a farm near Russell by her parents, Tom and Darlene Neyens. She has a passion for optometry, serving her patients, and spending time with her family - enjoying water sports, hockey, baseball, walking, and biking.
Office Manager
Suzanne grew up in Nekoosa, a small town in Central Wisconsin. She later moved to Ashland, WI to attend WITC where she received her degree in Accounting and later worked as a Sales Office Manager for over 17 years. She now lives in Cottonwood on a hobby farm with her husband Tony. She enjoys running, bow hunting, fishing, and spending time with her daughter Michaela, and step-sons Lane & Clancy.
Lead Optician
Chris grew up in Springfield Minnesota. He spent time in the Navy, gaining medical experience as a hospital corpsman. He has over 30 years experience in the optical business. When not at work, he enjoys time with Dealyn Rose and her 2 children, and their Goldendoodles. They enjoy time together at their cabin on Norway Lake.
Optometric Assistant
Jazzy has been in the healthcare field since she graduated from Minnesota West in 2016. She loves to share a smile and brighten patients' day in and out of the office. Outside of the office, she coaches Dance Team, enjoys spending time with her three dogs - Khloi, Kyrah and Kozi, taking road trips, traveling, shopping, being involved in her church, and spending time with friends and family.
Optometric Coordinator
Kara grew up in Marshall. She graduated from SMSU with a bachelor’s degree in biology and has worked in healthcare ever since! She loves seeing a difference in patients' lives through health, wellness, and education. Kara lives in Marshall with her husband Mark, her 15-year-old twins Jack and Ava, and 9-year-old daughter Mia. She enjoys spending time with her friends, traveling, shopping, and walking her dog, Mack.
Optician
Ceydi was born in Los Angeles, California, where she lived until age 11. She then moved to Tyler, Minnesota, where she still resides with her husband Erick and son Jose. She is expecting another boy in November! Ceydi comes from a big family as she is the 4th out of 5 kids. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling and shopping.

Kelly grew up in Milroy, MN. She moved back to the area in 1994 and has been local ever since. She has 30+ years of optical experience, and is a friendly face to greet you in the office! In her free time, she enjoys camping, fishing, baking, cooking, and spending time with her husband, Jim.
